Terms and Conditions
This Terms and Conditions governs how we Octal Data Solutions accept and work on
your logo or banner project. These serves as a contract between us and you and
we strongly advice all user to read it before placing order.
Placing Logo/Banner Order
When you place an order or make request for us to design logo and banner for you,
we will send acknowledgement email to you, this does not mean that we accept to accept your project.
Its simple means that we have received your request.
We accept to engage on your request when we send you a confirmation email, after receiving your payment and information about that project.
Your Contract with us starts at that this point.
In a situation where we cannot accept your request your full payment will be return
to you in full via PayPal.
Cancellation
Your can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement of before we sent
confirmation notification to you, this can be in the form of email of telephone
call or all of the above.
Once we receive you cancellation request in that specified time we will refund your payment in full via PayPal.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal
information unless we provide you with advance notice.
This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us
in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as
those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release
your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law,
enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other
parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses
